Hi Question: about define an alert: what the Rearm seconds and Refrence attributes relate to ?
also, running bin/run ./manage.py send_test_mail Works and I get mail showing that redash is able to send mail
alerts show as triggerd but still not getting mail

  1. Rearm - after how many seconds to send alert again (if it was triggered). Leave empty for only one time alert.
  2. Reference - value to compare with.
  3. Make sure you restarted your instance after updating settings (and before the alert was triggered).

I see. Check if Plotly.js supports this. If it is, it should be easy to add to the UI as an option.
