@arikfr - I am trying out http://demo.redash.io/queries/520
I was able to replicate above dashboard for 1 parameter.
Can I pass multiple parameters ?
So the query in dashboard will become , select * from table where my_column IN ('{{param_value}}')

It doesn't work. How can i debug this? My assumption is I am passing multiple parameters as numbers and it expects to be varchar
select from table where my_column IN (123,456,789)
What I actually want the query to be
select
from table where my_column IN ('123','456','789')

oh, you want multiple values, not multiple parameters
this is not supported

although if you pass in as value: 123','456','789 and write the query as: select * from table wehre my_column IN ('{{param}}') it will work

I actually want values to be dynamic.
My use case is as follows
There are set of users who always have 3-4 different numbers and they need to find corresponding values from database
So, I was planing to give them a URL which would be like mydashboad.com/dashboard/query?number_values=123,456,789
How do I pass those dynamic values as 123','456','789

mydashboad.com/dashboard/query?number_values=123','456','789

I did but it gets converted to mydashboad.com/dashboard/query?number_values=123%27,%27456%27,%27789

that's url encoding. it's not being converted back to ' in the query?

I don't think so. Where can I verify that?

you can check in the database log what query it receives
Neil Shah
@shahneil88

as intended
Ok. I will check that. Can you please tell me where can I look for database logs?

I am trying to upgrade to latest version using fab script. I get this error sudo: unable to resolve host ip-XX-XXX-XX-XX
The way I ran it is fab -H XX.XXX.XX.XX -u ubuntu -i MMprd.pem deploy_latest_release

hi, did any of you manage to use Amazon Mobile auto-export to Redshift and view it in re:dash? we're seeing UUIDs that are reported to Amazon Mobile Analytics being fetched from Redshift as integers :/

@arikfr figured out my issue with scheduled refreshes breaking, it was running old code. I didn't realise their was a separate supervisor task for scheduled tasks :) Restarting that sorted it
