@WesleyBatista adding enough query runners (which you did) is the solution. Also splitting workers in two groups: scheduled queries and ad-hoc queries can help.
See the current supervisor configuration we have in the repo for an example for such split.

Hi - hope someone can help me with a login redirect issue I'm having with my setup! The symptopms are similar to this issue, but may not be related: getredash/redash#968
I get a 302 immediately followed by a 500 when accessing the server. I tried the fixes discussed in that issue, but not luck.
I can "curl -I localhost:5050/login" from my Redash server, which gives me a 200 followed by a 500
Any tips?

@fpieront the 500 you see might be a logging error and not an actual 500. what do you see in the browser?

404

@fpieront after login?

I don't get to see a login page and get a 404 directly, although the URL does get redirected to login?next=http%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.com%2F
so this looks to me now like a web server configuration issue? I am running some other things in this NGINX config as well

but is redash mounted at the root? if you tried to put redash in a "subdirectory" it won't work

Ah... I added it in a location block under /redash/

yeah, that probably won't work
just use different hostnames

Ok will try this - thanks

That works! Have it set up on a subdomain now and I'm able to log in - but then get a 500 and "TypeError: init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'socket_connect_timeout'" in the log
i'm running only the gunicorn server at the moment, no celery and not using supervisord

@fpieront upgrade Redis package to 2.10.5. What version of Redash do you have 0.9.1?

Redis is 2.8.17
And voilĂ ! It works
Thanks Arik! That was some very efficient support
Looks like Redis is on 2.8.17 in the Ubuntu bootstrap.sh

Sorry, it wasn't clear, but I meant the pip redis package. But if things work now, then nevermind :-)
