@shahneil88 I think that it has some old html files cached which results in this broken UI.
@shahneil88 try hard refresh if possible on mobile or clearing cache.

Actually, I opened it on mobile browser for the first time
As we are going Live, I wanted it to try it out on mobile as well.
If it is working for @MarchenkoAndrii , then it seems, it is very specific to Android version

@MarchenkoAndrii - Can you try and click on 3 lines on top right corner of your mobile? after logging in to redash?
I checked on other mobile and still looks distorted

I'll be online later and will answer the questions + check what's up with the menu on mobile. Might be some regression.

@shahneil88 I apologize for the confusion, but apparently that's how it supposed to look like. For some reason, I remembered it had different background color.
@ttheune looks like the result is not in the format we expect. can you log and share the result you get from elastic search? btw, in newer versions of Redash ES query runner was changed, although this part looks the same.
@runa happy to hear that :D
@mdwongca it's a feature I would love to add, but currently it's only possible if you enable the Python query runner. But note that this is a security concern.

@scott-hand not really (only if you cast to string...), but it's a planned feature - follow here: https://trello.com/c/tQxDwU4s/50-configuration-for-table-visualization

@arikfr will one hit work for you? query results in 3200 hits
Arik Fraimovich
@arikfr
May 11 2016 19:53
@ttheune btw, I think newer versions have support for limit. anyway, yes, no need for all hits- just to have the sorounding structure of the response.
I'll also look into upgrading in the near future.
@arikfr that the json you are looking for?

Is this a singe hit? Isn't this a nested structure inside the response?
Travis Theune
@ttheune

yeah, single hit. Lemme pull the response (ahh, kibana)

@arikfr - Thanks - are there some examples I could peruse? or general docs I should review for the query runner?

@mdwongca see here: http://docs.redash.io/en/latest/datasources.html#python the linked example query is exactly the case of merging.
