Hey @dawoodjee - could you provide some more detail? How is it setup (behind an ALB/ELB? Are you using RDS / local postgres? Did you install directly on bare metal or via Docker container?

Its an EC2 AMI directly launched from https://redash.io/help/open-source/setup
I think its wrapped in docker

I'm not very good with docker but if there's a way to setup redash directly on Ubuntu, I think I could easily do so

Hey @dawoodjee so using Docker directly is how we do it and it works really quite well
You can then sub out the Postgres container for RDS on AWS and Redis for Elasticache on AWS to make it highly available and redundant for production usage
equally that docker compose stack can be used locally if you just want to have a play with it

Hmmm... I'll have to learn this. I wished there was an easier way for people new to docker
Thank you @jbeemster

docker-compose is really pretty easy to use - once installed your command will look a bit like this:
docker-compose -f docker-compose.production.yml up -d

My instance was too small for Redash
Thanks @jbeemster
