Hey everyone, just installed back gitter (hope I don't mess up with notifications). Sorry if we appeared to be inactive and thank you to all who keep giving support in this chat, I will try to give it too from now.
I'm taking with StableLib to get stable and audited release of Gin, side with github.

I'm also working at my own projects, but I will have time to clean issues and pr from both repositories.
I also remember that both Manu and me, are resuming our University courses in September. Expect to have some inactivity in February and June.
That's all!

@javierprovecho @manucorporat What was wrong with the PR implementing CORS with Gin? I just noticed you've added a library to contrib? Just seems like wasted work.

gin-gonic/contrib#31

I'm also in the process of writing one to handle conditional requests from HTTP1.1, and will be submitting it as well. Would you rather it be submitted as code into the contrib repo rather than as a link?

@itsjamie about the CORS library added to contrib, it was decided by @manucorporat.
@itsjamie about submitting code or just a link, you can do as you like. 😏

@manucorporat If you're going to build out the CORS in contrib, the only gotcha I ran into was with allowing Credentials, you can't respond * when the credentials header is true. Other than that it was pretty straightforward.
