I wonder how to download gitbucket.war. I tried dozens of times on your github page and every time it failed with only a small portion of the file downloaded. Do you have an alternative download besides the github page (https://github.com/gitbucket/gitbucket/releases)? I hope the alternative download link can be quicker accessed in China, additionally.

@yanjisheng Currently, that release page is a primary and only available page for downloading GitBucket release files. As far as I know, there is no mirror of GitBucket releases.

Hello, I'm running gitbucket via Tomcat, Windows. I wish to have the data directory located on a secondary drive. I understand this is possible if we manually start up the jar file with the "--gitbucket.home=[DATA_DIR]" option. How do I specify this if I'm running on Tomcat?

Whenever I check at pgadmin, there's the whole pool stuck doing that call

The error seems to happen when someone calls /api/v3/user
the transaction is not closed, and any subsequent query to account table gets locked

@EveningHarvest Sorry for my late reply. You can specify the data directory using an environmental variable GITBUCKET_HOME too. This method works for Tomcat too.

atm, my solution was to put a timeout at postgre user so any idle in transaction connection that stays as such for 10 or more seconds, gets terminated
btw, once the error happens, it stays forever, even if you log-in trough web interface
