Waffle is something that after a month using trello quite intensive to have a board to visualise tasks which the most of them are related with GH issues, I can say in a first glance that should be quite useful and avoid the hassle to synchronise manually both.
On the other hand, I've discovered that there are some plugins, integrators, etc which automatise that, but I haven't had the chance to check them, however Waffle should avoid the hustle to deal with several entities
