@johncoghlan_gitlab You mentioned D&I on the call today. Coincidentally, I think I found a potential D&I issue in a change slated for GitLab: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/issues/207495#note_298077604

I think this impacts heros too - the change would make it harder to contribute.
