selec_vol1 = floodfill_scipy(formate_data, pos, threshold).astype(float) * 5

@astrofrog I thought floodfill_scipywill return a mask, why here needs to assign the type and multiply 5?

I guess it’s for assigning the filled value as 5, coz the selected value within mask is 1?

@astrofrog When I git add I found there are a lot of .pyc files, can I use git add -u but not include those files? Or I have to pick them out?
Thanks and good night :)

@PennyQ - I am only multiplying by 5 because to give values similar to what your algorithm gave :) But indeed it just returns a mask.
@PennyQ - for .pyc files, you need to have a .gitignore file in the repository like for the 3d plugin and the core glue code. Copy over the .gitignore file from either of those into the 3d-selection repository and add it, then in future pyc files (and other temporary files) won't get included.

trpos1 = tr.map((200, 200, -1))
trpos2 = tr.map((200, 200, +1))

@astrofrog Got stuck by the code now :(
1) I replaced the pos (200, 200) with the cursor pos while get a very strange result as

array([ 290118.3044098 ,  189476.07831809,  -71702.92848027]), array([-54.78598907, -11.96209552,  73.30331083])

2) there are a lot of numpy.darray type problems… I don’t understand why my code produces those darrays even for the simple 3-dim array…

Thanks for the .gitignore, I can see the existing .pyc files but I guess new .pyc files will be excluded :)
