Ah, great ! We might have some hosts for the F# meetup, hence asking.
@ocramz @magthe I'm sure we can organize a session if somebody wants to present :)

@fredyr yep. They're interested in hosting a meetup on F#, since they're using C#.

Hi there, so if I got this right. (From Twitter), @isaacabraham and @Krzysztof-Cieslak , you'd not mind presenting on F# ? :)

indeed
:-)
what sort of talk are you interested in?
i've been going around germany doing 90 minute talks on F# + Cloud - basically designed for the C# / VB .NET developer that doesn't really know about F#

We have never had a session on F# before, so we will probably be looking into 'beginners and up' stuff. Also, we haven't set a date yet.

I can't tell what the F# crowd will be like, but our crowded talks have maximum 30/35 attendees. Also, the venue is a limiting factor, which I'm not yet sure about.
Great then ! Since most of the people might away in the weekend, let me see what kind of information we have by next week. I'll ping you again then.

Also, I have to mention, since we are a small & barely sponsored meetup group, I don't think we will be able to financially help with the travel arrangements. Just so that you're aware. @isaacabraham @Krzysztof-Cieslak
(At least, we haven't done anything like that before :D)

How Windows-spexific will it be? I have to admit being interested in F# but never run Windows nowadays... So, F# on Mono?

When I ran the Cambridge MA group we had a lot of speakers via live meeting
it worked pretty well, but it helped that we had a super big projector at the NERD center
