    @jolod
    @eriksvedang Do you think we should schedule a Carp presentation meetup soon too?
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    Maybe :)
    jolod
    @jolod
    OK. I'll bug you about it again next week then. ;-)

    @jolod
    @joda @niclasnilsson The structured way of doing mob programming is called "strong style", I've learned.
    Jon-Erling Dahl
    @joda
    Ok, yeah it felt kind of strong :) But definitely a good learning experience
    Jon-Erling Dahl
    @joda
    Btw @eriksvedang and @jolod , it would be really nice if you could schedule a Carp presentation soon
    jolod
    @jolod
    @joda See five lines above. :-)
    Jon-Erling Dahl
    @joda
    Looking forward to it! :-D

    @joda
    Thanks for the tip @eriksvedang , looks very interesting!
    jolod
    @jolod
    @eriksvedang So, how about that Carp meetup?
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    @jolod Yes, lets make it happen!
    jolod
    @jolod
    @magthe @Jell Hi. I suspect that we will be more than 25 participants on the upcoming Carp presentation. Would it be possible for you to support with a zoom link?
    jolod
    @jolod
    Carp meetup announced!
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    hey! I should be able to attend that one & setup a Zoom link @jolod
    jolod
    @jolod
    Great @jell! I'll update the description and remove the participation limit (or set it higher, is there a limit?) tomorrow.
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    I think there’s a limit of 100 in our plan
    I’ll check if I can get some large meeting add on / webinar stuff
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    I think 100 people is quite enough...
    not sure my talk will be good enough for a crowd of thousands :P
    jolod
    @jolod
    For now I will increase the limit to 100.
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    @jolod @eriksvedang do you have a Zoom account setup? could be a free version, then I can make you hosts for the Zoom webinar (I think)
    I bought a webinar addon, gives us Q&A & polling tools
    I've updated the link on the meetup page
    might be able to live stream on youtube at the same time through zoom maybe? then that would be unlimited participants (although a lot more public)
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    let's schedule a time to test it out? I'm available this evening, during the day tomorrow or next week but need to plan a bit :p
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    we can try tomorrow maybe?
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    find by me! any preferred time?
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    Maybe 11 or so
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    fine by me! let's sync tomorrow 11
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    👍👍👍
    Magnus Therning
    @magthe
    @eriksvedang, @jolod and @Jell did you look into Zoom's support for break-out rooms?
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    ah! no haven't looked into that @magthe , also was just me and @eriksvedang so tricky to test :p but maybe we can test together at the office on monday?
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    breakout rooms are at least enabled on the account, so should be possible. Not sure if that's still the case for a webinar or for people outside the org
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    what is that?
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    it's for splitting into smaller groups for conversation
    Erik Svedäng
    @eriksvedang
    Ah
    Magnus Therning
    @magthe
    @Jell, let's test today
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    FYI, we ran a test: breakout rooms only work in regular meetings, not webinars. You also get allocated to a breakout room by the host, you can't switch rooms yourself. So interesting for workshops, but not so much for open spaces
    however @magthe had some ideas for openspaces that we could try out some day :)
    jolod
    @jolod
    @Jell Maybe use jitsi? It's super simple to create rooms: just type a path! As long as people can write and see the chat, people can create rooms ad hoc, and anyone can move between rooms.
    Join https://meet.jit.si/<first>-<last> where <first> and <last> are replaced by my first and last names. :-)
    jolod
    @jolod
    I will stay for a few more minutes, then I'll leave the jitsi room.
    @eriksvedang @Jell @magthe Ping! Let's try jitsi.
    Jean-Louis Giordano
    @Jell
    sorry, I'm stuck in a meeting / workshop at work :)
    jolod
    @jolod
    Ah, yes, work. :-)
