    If anyone has suggestions for how to make these dialogs more aesthetic, I’m all ears. UI design is not something I’ve ever been very good at.

    @DavidBurkett I'd add, for example, border-radius: 3px; background: #ddd padding: 4px 8px margin-right: 8px to each word.
    Something like that, mostly to seperate each word more clearly.

    @DavidBurkett
    Awesome, let me try that out and see how it looks

    Still have to tweak it a bit more, since material-ui grids are a little wonky, but this is what that change looks like:

    Looks good! Do you think there’s value in lining them up like this:

    @nijynot
    Hmm, it might be better in terms of utility, as you can quickly count how many words, and probably won't get lost when writing them down, but doens't look as good imo. Can't pinpoint what exactly, but something feels a bit off when everything has the same width in a grid
    hashmap
    @hashmap
    @DavidBurkett this is very confusing, order is not clear, I’d suggest to add numbers as most wallets do
    nijynot
    @nijynot
    Yeah, numbers is a good idea.
    David Burkett
    @DavidBurkett
    Yea, excellent point
    hashmap
    @hashmap
    Also do you check if user did it? some wallets ask to enter couple of words, some ask for all of them
    David Burkett
    @DavidBurkett
    I am in the process of coding that, yes. It’s not in this week’s release, though
    David Burkett
    @DavidBurkett
    Going with this for now. Thanks @hashmap and @nijynot!

    hey i finally got around to making the release page, was on vacation. i have it up here: https://arteagabriel.github.io/site/releases
    the sections are generated through jekyll's front-matter. i made the links just a list, but was also thinking of making them buttons inline? not sure what you think of that.
    also i have a changelog URL in the front-matter but not currently using it, was wondering if that was something you were looking to include or not.
    otherwise it's pretty simple so not really sure if it's too little but let me know what you think and I can change accordingly!
    if you'd like to see how the front-matter is laid out here's a link to the file on github: https://github.com/arteagabriel/site/blob/master/releases.html
    currently has a bunch of placeholder links/copy
    Michalis Kargakis
    @kargakis
    @arteagabriel the versions should be 1.0.2 but apart from that it is a great start :+1: one thing that would be nice to have in the future is links that point directly to a specific version of a component to avoid scrolling/searching
    nijynot
    @nijynot
    @arteagabriel Cool! Two small things that can change is to set .release__list: 4px; and change "Server" to "Node". Other than that, looks good to me.

    @arteagabriel
    @nijynot hey for the 4px, do you mean set margin?
    nijynot
    @nijynot
    @arteagabriel Ah, yup. Meant to write margin-bottom: 4px; for .release__list.
    Gabriel Arteaga
    @arteagabriel
    kk should be updated with the Node title and margin change! https://arteagabriel.github.io/site/releases
    just need the actual copy (if necessary), version numbers, and links for each platform

    @DavidBurkett
    Hello again, designers! I recently added a Transaction Info dialog to Grin++, and as always, it's a total eye sore. If anyone wants to come up with a design for it, I'll give them all 7.380454789 grins in this account (minus tx fee). Doesn't have to be too fancy, just looking for something less repulsive.

    @DavidBurkett Still need help with design mate?
    David Burkett
    @DavidBurkett
    Always. I'm terrible at UI design! @arad54
    But yes, this particular dialog still looks like the ugly screenshot above
    Paouky
    @arad54
    @DavidBurkett Do you remember the old grin-tech website with its somewhat cypherpunk vibe?
    If you want I'll gladly try to replicate it's feeling into your UI; I think eliminating this bright yellow is a top priority haha
    David Burkett
    @DavidBurkett
    I already changed the UI quite a bit. New colors, complete new look and feel
    I'll have you review it before I release
    If you don't mind, that is
    Paouky
    @arad54
    Sure I would be happy to
