Yo, where does "make test" run from? relative pathing for my prime_files are no longer working.
I need a reliable place to open and write to prime_files.

i think it runs from top dir

checked real quick, tests run from either build or debug
which is not a good idea haha I guess I overlooked it
I'm going to make them run as if they're in the directory the binary is
so your paths don't have to be super specific
which means your test files should go in test/test-name

@/all merged makefile that runs tests from build/test or debug/test into all branches
paths should now be relative to test
I need to have your test files copied into the build folder aswell for yours to work...still working on that
I'd also like to see test coverage above 60%. Top offenders: embedding and extracting agent hh and cc, bmp.cc

@gwydirsam Can you not run clang-format on the entire project so often? It covers every file with that relatively useless commit log. Just do it at the end when we're polishing.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:36
ok
I'll only do it in branches I work on I guess
and only files I work on
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:37
I hope I don't sound ungrateful, lol. I was just looking at my branch and a lot of files had that commit. I think it really only needs to be done(from TLD recursively) at the end.
Thanks!

It's more for my sanity when looking at other people's code

Apr 22 2015 16:39
I understand..just don't commit that I guess. You're tracking in your footprints wherever you go.
Btw. Ordered a YubiKey :smile:

@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:39
Sounds good. Though I have added a make clang-format for you whitespace heathens
which one did you go for?
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:40
dx kk sounds good. though for my money you're the heretic.
Edge.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:40
is that the small one?
I'd like to get that one and keep my current one as backup at home
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:40
@bluyam Would you mind archiving my stuff when you have the chance? I pushed our changes
Um, not quite. The edge is NFC-less but it has the other auth ability for FIDO U2F
They all come with their Nano cousin I think
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:42
ah yeah I want a nano
I have a neo
I want a neo-n I guess now that I'm looking at it
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:43
I thought it came with that.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:43
oh no
they're just the same thing
just one is super small
I guess it is easy to be confused by how they show it
but yeah you only get one or the other for 50
well in the case of the neo
you won't be able to do pgp with yours :(
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:46
What/??? Why?
did you get the neo or edge?
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:48
Edge. damn...
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:48
gots to read my friend
I think your good for all the other features I use anyway
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:49
That's ok. I don't use PGP yet anyways, so I'm still gonna use it for everything else
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:49
also unless it's my fault in my setup -- the gpg stuff can be a bit annoying
that could be for a number of reasons though
and few of those reasons are not my doing
@ralphie9224 made some changes to publickey
@/all everyone should check this out: http://www.cppsamples.com
@/all if theres something you want to do and it's here...follow their advice
@Atrus7 the smartcard stuff is missing too...but it's pretty difficult to integrate with os x.
and apple seems to care less and less about smart card stuff
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:53
I was aware of and totally fine not having the NEO stuff except --PGP.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:54
yeah
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 16:54
+1 on that samples site. Cool
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 16:54
basically if you integrate it right the smartcard part can hold your keychain
which is neat
and also use built in integration where if you pull it out your computer goes to screensaver
when it comes in we should sit down and configure yours
It isn't difficult to set up -- the info is just scattered about

@Atrus7 down for code review in lab?
Christopher Findeisen
@Atrus7
Apr 22 2015 18:27

I split the "Done" list. "Done Unreviewed" and "Done Reviewed"

Done(Unreviewed) is where you put your card when you think you're done with it. Done(Reviewed) is where your code reviewer puts your card when they agree that the code is up to snuff.

We will not archive stuff, as we're going to use Trello instead of a Burn Down Chart

Apr 22 2015 19:49
martin...easybmp's docs think using a makefile is "advanced"...this troubles me
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:51
Perfect. It''ll be easier than I thought.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:51
also just download it into your lib/dgimg folder...that should do it
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:52
Alright
I noticed that we have cmake build lists.
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:53
yeah
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:53
Are they populated automatically?
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:53
don't commit those by the way
yes
they should be ignored but I guess I missed some
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:53
Nah I noticed them in the directory on my laptop. Okay awesome. I edited them manually but I noticed that lib snd
Ga
libsnd gained one automatically
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:54
when you run make all they're populated
I need to make it run for all building targets...
but you can always run it manually with make create-build-list
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:54
I imagine the makefile needs to be updated when you add new stuff right
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:54
?
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:55
I added dg snd
Oh my gosh stupid phone keyboard
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:55
yeah I saw that -- you did it right but be careful
I'd prefer you hit me up to change it
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:55
oh okay cool
Alright sorry
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:56
no problem -- you did it right. Things can just go massively wrong
let me know if adding easybmp into the folder works so I can finish that card
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:57
will do. Where are we meeting?
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 19:57
I guess remotely
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism
Apr 22 2015 19:59
Hmm. Okay I guess I'll skype on my phone because I'm not at home and no one's here to lend me a mic
Sam Gwydir
@gwydirsam
Apr 22 2015 20:26
@Towerism hit me up with the build instructions for libsndfile when you can, I just need what you would run if you were running g++ directly.
@Towerism it is now installed everywhere
Martin Fracker, Jr.
@Towerism

To be clear @ralphie9224 I just need to pass you the crypto_text C and the private key d, correct?
