New e107 user. Test email is not sending. I'm trying to find a forum for support. The only forum I found says it's currently closed to any new users. ??

what forum are you seeing? I don't think we have a support forum, it was something useful to us, but I don't end up using it myself anymore
it should handle emails incoming to the smtp port though
