Hi all.
Do you have a function which gets all logged in users?
Dimitar Dobrev
@ddobrev

My mistake, please forget about it.

@birarda

@ddobrev you’ll have to use the xmpp roster for that
Dimitar Dobrev
@ddobrev

Thanks, I've handled that. I used QXmppMucManager, though.

that will work nicely since by default all logged in users will also be joining the MUC

@ddobrev

@murillodigital - glad to hear it.
@birarda - could you register another account for me so that I can try chatting with myself? hifi1@mail.com

@ddobrev make sure you use public@public-chat.highfidelity.io for group
I’m in there if you need to test

@ddobrev
Mar 06 2014 17:47
@murillodigital - thanks. That would help but another account would be helpful because of the time difference.

sure

@ddobrev
Mar 06 2014 18:00
@murillodigital - could you please explain what you mean by "group"? I am aware of the terms "server" and "room" only.
Leonardo Murillo
@murillodigital
Mar 06 2014 18:01
yeah room is really the proper term
thats what I meant ;)
Dimitar Dobrev
@ddobrev

@murillodigital - I am unable to see you in a room. Using _xmppClient.connectToServer("public@chat.highfidelity.io", pass) or _xmppClient.connectToServer("public@public-chat.highfidelity.io", pass) both give me connection errors.
I've only been able to connect using _xmppClient.connectToServer("ddobrev@chat.highfidelity.io", pass).

for room
you do need to auth against chat.highfidelity.io
Dimitar Dobrev
@ddobrev
Mar 06 2014 18:14
Thanks, I can see you.
I was using just 'public-chat.highfidelity.io' for the room, took that from your e-mail. And I could only see myself.

@AndrewMeadows - note: #pragma message: GLM: angle function returning degrees is deprecated. #define GLM_FORCE_RADIANS before including GLM headers to remove this message.
the latest glm we’d be updating to while making it external is spitting these out
I can suppress but I’m wondering if we’re compliant with that?

Yeah... we're still using degrees almost everywhere but should switch to radians.
It is a project... someone needs to take it on. Maybe an intern if we don't get around to it soon.

heads up: GLM is now an external dependency in upstream/master. Follow the instructions in the BUILD.txt file to fix things on your workstation.
