HI all, So i succeeded to compile and run on windows 7 but only in release mode
One thing that i need to change in the projects is add the WIN32 preprocessor
I assume it could be done by cmake automatically
Is it the way you want it ? i can change the cmake accordingly

What does it mean to "add the WIN32 preprocessor"? CMake generates VisualStudio projects. Does the WIN32 preprocessor have to be selected manually in a VS project? Or is this some WIN32 proprocessor definition that needs to be set?

HI Andrew, my point, the WIN32 is not automatically added to the Visual Studio projects by cmake, it needs to be explicitly added apparently. I had to add it manually to all the vs projects

That is, do you need to run a special preprocessor? or do you need to be able to ask "#ifdef WIN32" ?

Answering your first question: it is a preprocessor define that needs to be set

Ah ok. Yes, it should be added via CMake I think.

ANd that's what i mean by "I had to add it manually to all the vs projects"

Something like: add_definitions(-DWIN32)

That's odd ... I've had no problems building on Windows ... Release and Debug.

Yes, i have msdev 2010 pro here so i m up to date, i think it might be discrepancies with the Qt build. did anyone tried the 2012 build using msvc 110 ?

use Qt\5.2.1\msvc2010_opengl
compile qxmpp release/debug static and copy manually to qts libdir AFTER installing them by nmake install
