hmm. Where and how is domain server data like voxels stored?

voxels, models and particles are stored (unless changed by configuration otherwise - something you can currently do) in a resources/ directory from your cwd
*inside your cwd
on files named voxels.svo, models.svo and particles.svo respectively

if this is going to work right i'm gonna need to write to different files when running on instances other than the default port.

you can already do that
the domain server accepts a json syntaxed configuration files
(--config /path/to/config.json)
and in there you can specify a persistFileName for each assignment type

Once you have pushed your work and it is functional, you should set the status of the job to "Functional"
At that point the designer will review the work

@AlericInglewood Go on your github account, select your branch and compare, then you have a button to create your pull request

Yep, so it’s Github > branch > compare > PR
We’ll review your code and see if it makes sense to merge it.

Well that was the worst possible experience. I don't think that hifi is ready yet for anyone - Oh wait, the experience was even worse, because apparently I'm the only one for who nothing works sulk
