are avatars cached by the server in the same way that models appear to be?

@Atlante45 , @murillodigital Is the model uploading server working properly at present? It reports that I'm successfully uploading models via the API but they're no longer appearing on S3

@Murillodigital What are the "rules" regarding how a user can update one of their models? In particular ...
I upload (POST) an FST + associated FBX file.
I then rename the FBX file but retain the original FST filename and just edit it to to point to the new FBX file.
I then update (PUT) the FST + new FBX ...
The API says it updated but the FST content is not changed and the new FBX file never appears.
However if I don't change the FBX filename but just overwrite it with a new file, that new content does appear.
This is expected behaviour?
There is no user feedback on the "didn't actually update" case, but perhaps that's something for later on down the road?
