@AndrewMeadows Yeah, I had a look at the build logs and it looks like none of SSE2, SSE4, or AVX capabilities are taken advantage of. ... Don't know whether or not they'd make any difference to the existing code's speed but some image processing code I've been looking at would definitely get a speed-up if it were to be included in Interface.

Ok - so - since September I've managed to solve every issue related to self-compiling HF code on Linux without asking for help. I humbly admit defeat. I want to build V-HACD stuff. I downloaded its git repo from link provided for HF specific tree. Pointed env var (VHACD_ROOT_DIR) to its location - run cmake and it still complains its missing.

I never got it to build outside of windows, the cmake is just not there for other OS, I even told the creator that

thanks @nbq. I thought it was due to not finding static lib and .h file - so I made the damned lib and it still fails. I barely understand cmake syntax, but it seems to, on linux, be looking for libVHACD.a and VHACD.H - I have both but, so far, not finding a way to fool cmake into believing it.
oh - I see now. Once you jump through all the hoops to give it lib and header THEN it doesn't know what to do with them. >.<

Heh - even on windows with vs community 2013 I still get CMake Error at tools/CMakeLists.txt:11 (set_target_properties): set_target_properties Can not find target to add properties to: vhacd - That was a fun waste of time :)
