Was something changed at last GIT push (close of #4574) - I'm getting a missing LIB_OVR_INCLUDES fail from cmake now. Or is there some new flag to pass to avoid this?

@OmegaHeron LIB_OVR is an external project
we made it required (I think we’ll change this but for now it is)
so you may need a clean cmake
in order to get it to grab LIBOVR according to the external project

@birarda my script on my servers always build with a clean directory, its not pulling and I get this error
CMake Error at cmake/externals/LibOVR/CMakeLists.txt:74 (message): The RandR library and headers were not found
I am guessing I have to run the optional GET_LIBOVR every time now

cmake -DGET_LIBOVR=1 .. is not working either, still needs RandR library

Nice being able to visualize vhacd physics shell... now I can see where it's all going wrong.

taking vhacd.exe (Windows - as of closing #4582) - create a standard cube in Blender 2x2x2, material assigned exported to phy1.fbx then run vhacd.exe -i phy1.fbx -o phy1.obj generates nothing. Triangulate faces, run again. Generates nothing. Prior to #4582 running on a non-triangulated faces generated nothing, triangulated faces worked. Do we need to use some of the other new command line options now? Was all excited to work out physics shapes now that I can see them.
By nothing I mean it generates a 0 byte phy1.obj file.
