@themelissabrown We have some question about #21416.
We are finished task but:
  • Coordinate with Marketplace to update any seats in the marketplace to use new scripts/technology
  • Coordinate with Content team to update any seats in Zaru/theater to use new scripts/technology
    We some don’t understand what we should to do?

Hi there, is it possible to use the Entities.findRayIntersection to calculate the intersection with a Polyline Entity? I am drawing the pick ray and it does intersect, however the result of the intersection is always: {"intersects":false,"accurate":true,"entityID":null,"distance":3.4028234663852886e+38,"face":"MIN_X_FACE","intersection":{"x":0,"y":0,"z":0},"surfaceNormal":{"x":0,"y":0,"z":0}}

Since Friday, I've been having trouble getting my local built interface client to start up. Some times it starts up fine, but usually (like 9 times out of 10) it just hangs on a black window after it starts (even after clicking on a selection on the little discard settings window ). Has anyone else seen this behavior?

Seth Alves @sethalves The problem we're trying to solve is based on feedback I got from my PR. "Equipping can fail with a smaller than normal avatar as the offsets are hard coded rather than scaled relative to the user's scale."

After seeing that feedback I looked for examples of this being done and could find none. I asked on Gitter and Clément Brisset responded
"Any chance you can make the hotspot closer?" I asked for clarification and he said "What I meant is that your equip hotspots are too far from the center of the entity which is why it's auto-detaching. The best thing to do would probably be to fix handControllerGrab.js to take those offsets into account." I replied "Clément, Oh, makes sense. Thank you for all the help!".
He then answered "@jmo7 No problem. I'm not really well versed with handControllerGrab.js and I'm gonna be out early today.
Pinging @sethalves in case he's around. He should be able to help is you have questions about that." and pinged you.
So I'm just trying to figure out what to do in regards to the original feedback to my pull request.

I'm assuming I need to make changes in handControllerGrab.js to be able to deal with situations like this rather than specifying any settings in my code/task.
