Q: How do I enable debugging/logging to diaganose an issue I'm having with layouts working
Background
The app [version 0.15.5 (92)] works as advertised on my personal laptop running MacOS 12.1 but on my work laptop also running MacOS 12.1 layouts don't seem to work at all (e.g. the windows don't move or rearrange in any layouts)
I'm not getting any errors and I've checked the system logs and don't see anything obviously wrong. I'm 98% sure its something that IT has installed on my work laptop that is causing the issue.

The window itself just becomes completely transparent but the buttons still work
Hey guys - is there a way to use a specific layout as default? I have an ultrawide monitor and my preference is the 3Column Middle orientation. Is there a way to have the main focused window always in this orientation & dimensions even if there are no other windows open?

Hello friends! Thanks for this excellent software. I'm trying to understand resizing using the mouse. Using the "tall" layout I seem to be able to resize the columns left and right, but I don't seem to be able to resize the right hand side row up and down. Am I doing something wrong or is that not doable?
My workflow on XFCE was to set up a separate desktop for each project, then switch between them. I regularly had 4-5+ desktops, each running 10+ apps, so I really don't want to see them all in a single app-switcher menu.
Hi, I'm a long time Linux user and while Amethyst is not i3, it's the closet thing I have found. My frustration is that when I open up new windows (whether it be new browser windows or a terminal) it moves it to a different space, and not the current one which is what I want. Any way to fix this

Hi all, I've been using amethyst for a few months now and can't live without it. I'm looking at swapping to XMonad on my Linux setup, and I was wondering if anyone's aware of how close to Amethyst's default keybindings it is by default, or if there's a guide on how to set up XMonad so it's similar to Amethyst?

Layouts can also be enabled/disabled to control whether they appear in the cycle sequence at all. I'm trying to get at the 3Column-Middle layout, but I guess it isn't enabled in the cycle sequence. How do I enable that? This might be documented somewhere, but if it is, it's not immediately obvious where

Anyone here use Amethyst with Single Site Applications like Unite/Coherence/Fluid? The SSA windows seem to have a weird behavior in that they don't follow any of the pre-defined layouts in Amethyst. The want to get 'out' of the pre-defined layouts for some reason. Not sure if this is a known issue or limitation with Amethyst? I'd like to be able to control the SSA App Windows just like any other window. FWIW, PWA's work fine, but unfortunately (for no fault of Amethyst), PWA's don't work with uBar (https://ubarapp.com/) - the dock replacement I need...
