Slowly getting started myself after the holidays
Gives me some time to setup my study year ;)
I'm currently trying to test some mongodb backend stuff on my gamemode
Mostly because it allows me to make a realtime panel

Just need to figure out how to make the reactivity/realtime two-way (sync changes from the mongo oplog back to the gamemode)
Do you know MeteorJS?

(haven’t done anything with mongo) no
If i were you I’d open up a websocket on your server

Meteor allows you to make reactive templates
Like such:
{{#each todo in todos}}
  {{> Todos_item (todoArgs todo)}}
{{else}}
  <div class="wrapper-message">
    <div class="title-message">No tasks here</div>
    <div class="subtitle-message">Add new tasks using the field above</div>
  </div>
{{/each}}

It updates that in realtime whenever something changes in the mongo backend
Sure! enjoy
So with websocket you mean, whenever I update a value on the panel, I call the websocket to force the gamemode to handle/reload whatever value was updated?
