You know how if you return 0 to OnPlayerRequestClass in Pawn you can prevent the player from spawning, how do I do this in S# when I am overriding a void method?

Found an interesting bug, if you set the player's position and try to get it right after it is not updated correctly.

That's a SA-MP thing ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Try calling SetPlayerPos / GetPlayerPos from pawn script, will result in same behaviour

You can override SetPlayerPos to store the values and have GetPlayerPos return the values if OnPlayerUpdate hasn't been called yet.
