I'll come later today to it4i -- waiting for my wife to return earlier from her work to switch duties, kid is ill (thank you Mr. Murphy, very helpful this time again)
@janaklimova can you please pick up my lunch (I guess I have ordered one) and bring back in a box?

@tischi@NicoKiaru Did any movement happen last week regarding a singularity / docker container for elastix? I totally lost track of that idea
NicoKiaru
@NicoKiaru
@bogovicj Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten about that. Maybe @tischi has continued this idea?

Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome at IT4I… and BTW you can get Kofola in many ways in Germany, just Google “Kofola Deutschland” :-)

@maarzt
Hello @PetrBainar@kozusznik@MKrumnikl, I hope you guys are good after the Hackathon. I mentioned your names in the imagej-server gitter channel. We could have a video call, on monday 1pm, or maybe the week after. What do you think?
Christian Tischer
@tischi
@NicoKiaru Hy Nico, Are you coming to NEuBIAS? I will have one slide like below. How should I cite you in the sense that you also have such an elastix wrapper?
NicoKiaru
@NicoKiaru
Hi @tischi , I'm not going to NEUBIAS. I don't think you need to mention the Elastix wrapper. I mean it's far from a "production" level, and it's intertwined within other stuff in the current repository (https://github.com/NicoKiaru/ij-utilities-wrappers). But I'm interested to have some feedback !
Christian Tischer
@tischi
@NicoKiaru Ok. But maybe I mention that I teamed up with you and @bogovicj to write code to make elastix' results use-able in imglib2? I think it would be nice to mention as it conveys some community spirit.

@tibuch Is there a way to programmatically set the display range min and max of a given Source just going through bdvHandle? I could not find it. I know one can do it via the BdvStackSource objects, but I think I would prefer doing it via bdvHandle in my case.
Christian Tischer
@tischi
@tibuch@tpietzsch Related to that: Is there a simple way of creating a "copy "of a ConverterSetup? My use-case is that I want to remove Source a and replace it by Source a , but using the same display settings for Source b as the user had for Source a. Maybe there is another way of doing that?
