    Are you in the cow? If so: enjoy!! Greetings from HD!
    John Bogovic
    @bogovicj
    @tischi @NicoKiaru Did any movement happen last week regarding a singularity / docker container for elastix? I totally lost track of that idea
    NicoKiaru
    @NicoKiaru
    @bogovicj Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten about that. Maybe @tischi has continued this idea?

    Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome at IT4I… and BTW you can get Kofola in many ways in Germany, just Google “Kofola Deutschland” :-)

    Good to know ;)
    Yes, thank you for organizing everything!

    @MKrumnikl I’m looking forward!!!

    Hello @PetrBainar @kozusznik @MKrumnikl, I hope you guys are good after the Hackathon. I mentioned your names in the imagej-server gitter channel. We could have a video call, on monday 1pm, or maybe the week after. What do you think?
    Christian "Tischi" Tischer
    @tischi
    @NicoKiaru Hy Nico, Are you coming to NEuBIAS? I will have one slide like below. How should I cite you in the sense that you also have such an elastix wrapper?
    image.png
    NicoKiaru
    @NicoKiaru
    Hi @tischi , I'm not going to NEUBIAS. I don't think you need to mention the Elastix wrapper. I mean it's far from a "production" level, and it's intertwined within other stuff in the current repository (https://github.com/NicoKiaru/ij-utilities-wrappers). But I'm interested to have some feedback !
    Christian "Tischi" Tischer
    @tischi
    @NicoKiaru Ok. But maybe I mention that I teamed up with you and @bogovicj to write code to make elastix' results use-able in imglib2? I think it would be nice to mention as it conveys some community spirit.

    @tibuch Is there a way to programmatically set the display range min and max of a given Source just going through bdvHandle? I could not find it. I know one can do it via the BdvStackSource objects, but I think I would prefer doing it via bdvHandle in my case.
    Christian "Tischi" Tischer
    @tischi
    @tibuch @tpietzsch Related to that: Is there a simple way of creating a "copy "of a ConverterSetup? My use-case is that I want to remove Source a and replace it by Source a , but using the same display settings for Source b as the user had for Source a. Maybe there is another way of doing that?
    Jan Kožusznik
    @kozusznik
    Hello @maarzt, we agree with your suggested video call on monday 1pm.
    @maarzt I little hacked imagej-server and scijava-parallel with support for Interval type - example is in repo and branch https://github.com/kozusznik/scijava-parallel-examples/tree/intervalSerializer
    tibuch
    @tibuch
    @tischi as far as I know the display range is coupled to a source. Because you can have different ranges for different sources but display them all together in the fused mode.
    I don't have an answer to the second question

    @maarzt I also created command for launching ImageJServer on HPC cluster (now, it is only prototype compatible with IT4I clusters ). Its using is demonstrated here https://github.com/kozusznik/scijava-parallel-examples/blob/runOnCluster/src/main/java/org/scijava/parallel/examples/ExampleExecuteOnCluster.java

    @maarzt
    @kozusznik Sounds great! I will try to have a look into it before the call

    @Lorita92_gitlab
    hello everyone! does anyone know how to open a psd file in image j? i already have downloaded jimi reader, jimi writer and jimi jar and pasted the files in the plugin area, but it doesn't work
    tibuch
    @tibuch
    Hi @Lorita92_gitlab
    Welcome to the imagej community! Did you try https://forum.image.sc/ ? Maybe someone else already had this question. If not it would be great if you could ask there. You can reach a larger audience and the answer will be discoverable by other users :)
    Christian "Tischi" Tischer
    @tischi
    @tibuch Could you point me ( again ) to the piece of code where you retrieve pixel values at the current mouse coordinate, to be shown in the Bdv window? I am using a pattern like this *.nonVolatile().getSource( t, 0 ).randomAccess(); but I feel it blocks other processes. Is there maybe any way to just get the pixel values that Bdv already loaded anyway in order to show the image (instead of requesting them a second time)?
    Regarding other options I would have to ask @tpietzsch :)
    Christian "Tischi" Tischer

    @tischi
    @tibuch Do you have code for a scale bar in Bdv?
    tibuch
    @tibuch
    @tischi I don't.
    Florian Jug
    @fjug
    @tischi -- I'd check with Saalfeld or @tpietzsch
    tpietzsch
    @tpietzsch
    @tischi you can enable it by putting a file ~/.bdv/bigdataviewer.properties (or alternatively in the Fiji directory or something like that. I don't remember, you can check the code...)
    with content like this:
