    Hi @christabella
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    hi @inadarei thank you for making nodebootstrap, am loving it! :D
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    Thank you, @christabella. Really glad to hear that

    @christabella
    Has anyone tried deploying a nodebootstrap project with Heroku? I'm not using Docker -- Should I? I get a Process exited with status 0
    State changed from starting to crashed
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    I haven't but should be a matter of writing a proper Procfile
    Shouldn't require using Docker, no
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    Ah I see, thank you for replying! I deployed again with a Procfile that says web: node server.js
    However, there are still issues with "app boot timeout"
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    do you have an idea on why socket.io runs perfectly with npm run dev but gets errors with npm start?
    blob
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    in my Procfile for heroku, I've tried web: npm start and web: npm run dev and web: node server.js and web: forever server.js but none of them result in successful deploy
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    I've got it figured out, thanks!!
    for the heroku part. but i'm still baffled by why socket.io runs with npm run dev but gets errors with npm start
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    @christabella I think I found the problem
    trying to fix it now
    thanks
    (regarding: Heroku)
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    oh, I saw that you already had a PR for the Heroku problem. Thanks!
    Should have checked first :)
    Anyway, latest nodebootstrap-server should be all Heroku-friendly now
    Will try to look into the socket.io thing, bit later
    thanks!
    Christabella Irwanto
    @christabella
    ah no problem, thank you for your help!

    Can someone take a look at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39061071/how-to-set-up-nodebootstrap-at-heroku and provide any useful guidance for solving this?
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    @firstprayer based on yout last comment at StackOverflow - sounds like you have since resolved this issue?

    @ashishpai2
    can i use nodebootstrap without docker?
    Irakli Nadareishvili
    @inadarei
    @ashishpai2 yes, non-microservices modes support non-Docker usage

    Michał Chmura
    @michalchmura
    so i've built the boilerplate example app and pushed it onto fargate and i have the same issue - tasks are being dropped and recreated
