Ok so the REST path you'll need is /rest/dialplan/read
The relevant documentation page is http://developer.ipcortex.co.uk/ref/rest/extension/
The caller and callee will be scoped extensions
So you can give an array of extensions to the scoped_extenthing

The array of extensions will be returned in the "values" field of the returned object
And you can use the "columns" array in the request body object to specify what data you would like on the returned extension objects
The example on the docs page is pretty good

If the extension you searched for is not found then there won't be an object for it in the results

So if you search for ['valid_extension', 'valid_extension', 'not_valid_extension', 'valid_extension'], you will get back ['info_on1', 'info_on2', 'info_on4']
(in the scoped_exten and values arrays in the objects obviously)
owner is the cID of the PBX User, not the login name

http://developer.ipcortex.co.uk/ref/rest/user/#auto-command--read- you can find out usernames etc from cID here
