Who can save me? my ipthon notebook dead now because I wrote a large loop and print out many stuff. then I can never recover it. it always running evenif I restarted kernel.

You could kill your server too. But the interrupt should make that not needed, I would think. @minrk likely knows...

If I open the doc, it will rerun again, so kill server doesn't work also.

It's a python code loop. I wish to copy out the code then delete that problematic notebook, but not sure how to do it.

You can use nbconvert to export it to a Python script
But Python code shouldn't make it slow to open, since it doesn't run on open.
Is it a big while-loop that prints? It may be the output that is making it slow, so stripping output should make it openable.

I'm new to Jupyter and IP[y] also Gitter so not sure if this is aloud but what exactly is Jupyter and IP[y]?
My impression is just a live equation console for scientific data? or is this all more then that

Yes, strip output works fine. it's really a good feature if we can do strip output from menu.

This can happen sometimes, so adding strip output (or open without output) is a good idea.
