@maartenbreddels it's being run on a server at NCSA, using some infrastructure that was developed as part of the national data service effort. It's based on the tmpnb docker image.
@rgbkrk yup, hopefully will be on the arxiv soon!

There are some notebooks that are Python2 only
whereas the only kernel is Python3
as a stalwart defender of the future, it would be nice to have those notebooks switched over to Python3

yes, there's an open yt issue to convert those notebooks to be python3 compatible
will be done before yt 3.3.0

actually... nevermind what I said
I'll ping you in private
cloning that repo, then doing npm install
and then serving the repo over http (for example, running http-server)
hangs the browser

restart/run all menu option in notebook 4.1 dev is great, thanks for adding that
