    If anyone runs into a problem with running Galaxy in a Docker container on macOS where conda packages fail to install, take a look at this comment: https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/6514#issuecomment-359547450
    You may need to create a case-sensitive APFS partition using Disk Utility
    This is how I launch my galaxy docker container:
    docker run -d -p 48888:80 -v /Users/dfornika/irida/:/Users/dfornika/irida/ -v /Volumes/Docker/phacnml/galaxy-irida-17.01/export/:/export/ -e "ENABLE_TTS_INSTALL=True" phacnml/galaxy-irida-17.01
    ...the /Volumes/Docker directory is mounted to the case-sensitive partition.

    @peterk87 I have the dynamic source drop down appearing on the launch page of my SFU dev IRIDA instance. There are about 8600 genomes in the list. Is it possible to add a filter box so that I can reduce that number as I type?

    Dear IRIDA experts,
    I'm new to this community. I had to setup an irida instance for my institution. But when I run a (assembly) pipeline I get this error from catilina.out

    In galaxy the pipeline is ok.
    Probably that's my fault... any idea?
    I'm using last IRIDA with tomcat 7.0.68 (Ubuntu) and Galaxy 18.05.

    Hello @mtangaro. Is this when you run any files through the assembly pipeline or when you run those specific files through the pipeline? If you run those same files through the assembly pipeline again do you get the same result?
