    The pipeline step docs have not been updated for several months. This should fix the problems:

    @kwhetstone can you please review it when you have time? Without merging this PR the weekly job is likely to get stuck again.
    Also I'd like to ask someone with access to ci.jenkins.io to kill https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Infra/job/pipeline-steps-doc-generator/view/change-requests/job/PR-20/1/ (has been running for hours...).

    Zbynek Konecny (Gitter): rawr. Tests are not being run in wiki exporter ci pipeline so when I went to make as release the tests fail. I'm not sure we want to bypass them or fix them and add it to ci. It's not a tool I see getting many more changes
