Hi,
  • I've downloaded Xcode
  • I've installed roots npm i -g roots (without sudo)
My npm's are installed here: /Users/o0/npm/lib/node_modules/roots
I installed Homebrew and symlinked
but roots not runs:
➜  maderlim git:(master) roots -v
zsh: command not found: roots

After following this video: https://docs.npmjs.com/getting-started/fixing-npm-permissions , I can run Roots but ONLY when I'm into /Users/o0/npm
/Users/o0/npm is where I install node packages globally
When into my project folder Roots dont open :worried:

Hi Trying to explore roots on an ubuntu14.04 box. Installed with no sudo and and roots watch runs and compiled fine! but browser displays uh oh page, no html or css appears to have been generated, can anyone point me in the right direction to debug.

ok, I've done a sudo chown -R root /usr/local and refresh ~/.profile file with source ~/.profile. Now roots runs fine on my project folder
@DJI1957 I have the same problem. Now some image paths are not being compiled

Roots 3.2.2 now gives me a console error in build.js

anyone get a chance to peak at the site.posts.all() is undefined error?
also, there used to be sort functions for the posts, is that still around and un-documented?

well i brought in lodash to sort/filter the posts object, that was fun. still want to get rid of the .jade file in my posts/ root tho

and another issue, my production css is an object? [object Object]
switched to 3.1.0 and still getting both my current errors...

if i set the minify flag to false in my production config, a css file with [object Object] is no longer created, but it's not minified heh
