Does anyone have a solution for that problem: https://discourse.julialang.org/t/macro-problem-with-v0-6/1581?u=jheinen ? I want GR get ready for Julia v0.6. Some demos are still producing deprecation warnings ... but I don't want to give a compatibility with v0.4 and v0.5.

You need to interpolate and escape _data
is will be there a reason to not drop v0.4 when v0.6 is released?
v0.4 isn't even installable from the Julia website, and hasn't been for quite some time.

Thanks, I did this already. But there's still a problem here:
V = randn(10,10)
values = round.(UInt16, (V-minimum(V)) / (maximum(V)-minimum(V)) * (2^16-1))
... with v0.4

why not just have an if statement using the version? It's a simple fix and you can just find/replace delete them when you drop v0.4

Ok, as it's not within a macro, a conditional if statement would be an acceptable solution ... thx
