Hey, would anybody using Jhipster with Vuejs and needing help be interested in some Google meets, I have an intermediate understanding of the software, ~fluent in java. So I can answer a few questions but I also require some help (mostly for the front part). I'm basically looking for a Jhipster coding buddy to co-work/help each other and advance faster. I don't know if it makes really sense for you but contact me if you are interested.
My project is to build a sort of PayPal, allowing people to send money to each other (this is a study project not a business project)

I add Spring Cloud Sleuth dependencies to the build.gradle file of JHipster UAA. For some reason, the project doesn't recognize those dependencies. Do I need any additional steps ?

Hi guys, I'm facing weird issue:
I have my Angular UI successfuly building & working via npm start, but it does not seem to work when running via mvnw.

When running ./mvnw, ui does not start (standard error UI is shown, suggesting to rebuild ui part via npm OR mvnw).
I see the same error when I build the app as jar and simply run it (java -jar ...).

During the maven build, UI build is also seem to happen & I see some UI build artifacts in the jar itself (/classes/static/app/js-bundles, index.html, etc).

I've tried rebuilding the project / reinstalling ui deps / building ui directly via npm / etc.

What am I missing here?

Hello everyone , how can i perform a simple search query using elasticsearch and angular (jhipster application) i tried this but not worked :

    this.someService.query({'id.equals':6}).subscribe(
      (res: HttpResponse<ISomeObject[]>) => this.onSuccess(res.body, res.headers, pageToLoad, !dontNavigate),
      () => this.onError()
    );

it should return only one Object that have id == 6 but it return me all the objects

Marko Nalis
@The-Crocop
@fitdeveloper you are not executing an elastisearch query. You are executing a jpa filter. Probably though you havent set it up. To do elasticsearch you need to do this.someService.search({query: 'id:6'})...

jhipster-registry does not work on Kubernetes when running with 2 pods. The moment we set it to two pods using generated kubernetes manifest, regsitry UI starts behaving weirdly - as in some time it loads registered instance and other times it simply does not show anuthing - this inspite of we adding the seconf pod as fall back zone in eureka configurations. May be its got to do with keycloack integration? Requests do not reach APIs and are blocked by browser saying CORS issue. (we enabled CORS setting to in .yml files too
anyone facing similar issue? i believe this is an issue with a monolithic too
BTW, this is for jhipster-regsitry@6.8.0

Hello everyone! I am new to jhipster. Is there a guide of steps to follow to implement search criteria? I want to add to an entity, the possibility of filtering by any of its fields. I have enabled filtering, but can't find a mode to show up on the entity's CRUD page. I understand that I have to code in different places in the application ... but I did not find any examples or guides. Thank you very much for giving me some help

Hi all. If I have an application.jdl file, and add a couple of entities to it, no matter how I run jhipster import-jdl application.jdl, it ends up overwriting nearly ALL of my application. even though I don't use --force. Even though I use -json-only. Is this expected behaviour? I could not find any relevant documentation on the website, regarding "updating application from JDL" (NB: not "upgrading", but "updating", i.e. when I change the JDL file and want to only apply relevant changes)

Hello All, Im trying for specific scenario to create Many to Many self relationship on an entity, typical example would be - A customer has relationship with many banks, similarly a bank has many customers. would like to achieve this without adding one entity per party type. Jhipster supports self relationship based on One to Many. Please let me know any idea on how to achieve this!

Hi, I developed monolithic application via jhipster and it works fine. Now we are planning to deploy the app in 3 Tier architecture (Web, App and Database) in separate server. I separated the code and configured the server api url in app.constants.ts. The APIs http://localhost:8080/api/authentication and http://localhost:8080/api/logout are tgrowing 403 forbidden error. Attached the error screenshot for your reference. Please help ASAP as we are stuck here. Thanks in advance.
