Hi, I'm new to JHipster. I downloaded a blueprint et personalized it, but when I try to launch a project with my blueprint, I get an error message and can't find how to fix it. Does someone have an idea? Thanks!

Hello, what component in jhipster creates the Management UI in React/Vue etc? Can that be used retrospectively in another non jhipster microservice? I want to create a CRUD admin UI rather than manually doing SQL updates on the DB

Hello everyone,
after the upgrade of the jhipster version from 6.10 to 7.8.1 I m facing some problems in particular in the entities and the relations between them, for example in an entity OrganizationDTO we had "Long countryId" and "String countryName", but with the new version 7.8.1 in we have "Country country",
how to have only the id and the name and not the object, thanks in advance
I'm new to jhipster. I'm wondering if I need to include all entities in the gateway as suggested by jdl microservice example?

Hi, I created the jhipster application with mongodb and elasticsearch. I created the container of the working jhipster project in dockerhub and I tried to deploy that container in openshift. I can not access the webpage of the application. For instance, I can see at localhost:8080 when I run it locally.
is there anyway to increase the time before an api throws a gateway timeout for a monolith application?

Hi everyone
I've got no idea what's going on. I'm trying to deploy my microservices created using jhipster to aws and the services do not seem to respond to environment properties.
I tried adding SPRING_DATASOURCE_URL, SPRING_DATASOURCE_USERNAME and SPRING_DATASOURCE_PASSWORD to the environment variables as well as jhipster-registry config repo, but the service is still trying to connect to localhost:5432.
Any idea, why?
Between, in the jhipster-registry config repo, I added the config to ${service-name}/application-prod.yml

I'm not really into baking in these values while creating the docker image, so I was hoping I could solve this issue without doing that.

Another question...is the microservice gateway supposed to connect to jhipster-registry? It's always shown as "DOWN" in eureka while other services seems to play well with it.

Hi all - is there any documentation for the architecture decisions enforced in the TechnicalArchitectureTest? In particular, the Client layer not being accessed by any other layer is at odds with how we use that package.

Hello everyone. How do I create a JHipster application without any caching enabled ( I believe the default is Ehcache ), I tried poking around the documentation but could not find anything. I did come across this repo: https://github.com/jhipster/jhipster-sample-app-nocache but it does not mention how to generate it, any help highly appreciated :)

hello i'm having an issue in using jhipster-entity-audit generator . I installed the generator-jhipster-entity-audit by using this command
"npm install -g generator-jhipster-entity-audit"
and then I installed "yo" by using this command "npm install -g yo" .
but this command "yo jhipster-entity-audit" generates this error : use of deprecated folder mapping "./generators/" in the "exports" field module resolution of the package at c:\users\mm\onedrive\bureau\awtarapp\node_modules\generator-jhipster\package.json. update this package.json to use a subpath pattern like "./generators/*". Can someone help me plzz or what's the correct steps to integrate this module ?

Is there documentation for the generate-blueprint cmd added in 7.7.0?

I have the below JDL that I am using to create the jhipster application.

    entity AuthClient(auth_client) {
    msisdn String required maxlength(255),
    email String required unique maxlength(255),
    password String required maxlength(255),
    lastLogin Instant,
    createdAt Instant required,
    createdBy Integer,
    updatedAt Instant,
    updatedBy Integer,
    isDeleted Boolean required,
    deletedAt Instant,
    deletedBy Integer

entity AuthToken(auth_token) {
    token String required maxlength(255),
    appId Integer required,
    appVersionName String maxlength(255),
    clientId Integer required,
entity ClientProfile(client_profile) {
    fName String required maxlength(255),
    mName String maxlength(255),
    lName String required maxlength(255),
    gender Integer,
    clientId Integer required

// Relations
relationship OneToMany {
AuthClient{AuthToken(clientId)} to AuthToken{AuthClient}
relationship OneToOne{
 ClientProfile{AuthClient} to AuthClient{ClientProfile(clientId)},

// Options
service * with serviceClass
paginate * with pagination
dto * with mapstruct
filter *

However, instead of using the variable clientId as the foreign key it creates another field Auth Client in the database.

How do I use the clientId as the foreign key in this application and not the generated new field Auth Client

Can anyone suggest workaround to this issue? Creating an entity with a 1-to-1 relationship with User entity results into an error. Suggested workaround is to use latest master. But that results in issues with react components.

Hello, I'm relatively new to jhipster and I found something strange in the project I inherited: in AuditEventService(which is autogenerated, as far as I understand), there is a method that removes old audit events, the comment says that it should fire at 12am, but if so, the cron is wrong; shouldn't it be "0 0 0 ?". (also new to gitter, the asterisks got omitted)

Hi, I am very new to all this and I have an issue: I have tried to create an application, set everything up (I think), however at the end of the process I get a few errors.
When I try to run "npmw install" or "mvnw" I also get "\jhipster was unexpected at this time."

Is there any reason why we convert the "contains"-Query-Filter to an uppercase match to ensure case insensitive queries? We currently have a problem searching for "ß" which gets converted to "ss" and so does not find the relevant entries in the table with "ß".

Hello !
I have a rather strange problem and I don't know how I can resolve this....
I have a high (Like 99%) CPU usage caused by XNIO-1 I/O-1 and XNIO-1 I/O-2 threads started by my jhipster stack and It prevent the app from working on my VPS... Any Idea how to resolve this? Or to limit the thread usages?
