Gradle is not retrieving the latest version of my library if I use:
Gradle downloads 1.0.0
The latest version is 1.0.4
If I specify that version it gets downloaded.

I deleted all my previous releases on Github. So only one version exists and only one shows up in Jitpack (1.0.4). So why is Jitpack delivering 1.0.0 when 1.+ is specified? I also deleted the cached versions on my computer that Gradle downloads and invalidated Android Studio's cache. But this did not help.

Hello guys, I pushed a library into github, but it gives me an error on android studio when linking to it, is there a way to validate if a repo is a valid jitpack library? besides importing it from android studio?

i use for the licenses the tool https://developers.google.com/android/guides/opensource for Android development. If I have dependencies on https://jitpack.io/, I get the following license tag in the POM file:

<name>Apache License 2.0</name>
<distribution/repo/distribution </license>

Unfortunately the link does not go to the corresponding github-repo like https://github.com/docpitz/myTTR/blob/master/LICENSE but to a JSON file. Is there any way to change this?

@jitpack-io do you even provide support?

hi there
my build breaks on jitpack for some reason
but it works on my local computer and on CircleCI as well
because of this my artifacts don't get deployed
where can I get help?
this is the log
is there a way for me to control how jitpack runs the build?
i don' need tests at all when deploying
Adam Arold
the amount of artifacts jitpack produces also varies
seems like the build is non-deterministic on jitpack
how is this possible?
hi there, is there a way to choose a custom artifact name instead of the default (repository name)? thanks!

Hello, is there a way in jitpack to cache a directory across the builds ? cc/ @jitpack-io thanks.
Hello, I recently migrated from bitbucket to github and am trying to modify my jitpack subscription to reflect the same. Unfortunately it is not allowing me to do so, can you please offer some guidance

I am unable to find a way to get jitpack to request Third Party Access to my github organization. Does anyone in the channel have experience with this? Would be very grateful for the help
I have a private git hub repository with multiple android library projects . As per document i have added apply plugin: 'com.github.dcendents.android-maven'
group='com.github.abhishek592001.Rivers' in my all library . When i am trying to use library in my Test Application, i am able to access only one library..,Please suggest..
https://jitpack.io/com/github/abhishek592001/Rivers/sdk-v2.0.4-g13c3aca-733/build.log build is successful but i am able to access only one module i.e uploadservice but not able to access backend and riverssdk

Hello, just published another version of our library and we receive the following error messages:

ERROR: Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debug/compileClasspath'
ERROR: Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debugAndroidTest/compileClasspath'
ERROR: Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debugUnitTest/compileClasspath':

Do you have any hints on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hello @jitpack-io what is the process to publish an artifact from a private gitlab repo publicly? I have given the GitHub user used to sign into JitPack write access to the Gitlab repo, but am still not seeing the settings icon from which to set the artifacts to public.
Hi Jitpack Team,
I’m not able to generate the build. It’s showing that subscription is inactive. But my organization repo has the paid subscription active.Could you pls check it?

Could use some help understanding the paid tiers. If I link my paid account to a github account, how many private repositories can I use in it? Does the lowest plan mean I can only ever use 3 of my github repositories?
hi. i am trying to use jitpack for a bitbucket repository (public) but build apparently fails with UnknownHostKey. (see https://jitpack.io/org/bitbucket/pjtr/flupke/d8930b5efe/build.log). any ideas what i did wrong? afaik, jitpack supports bitbucket, no?

👋 all. Anyone has seen slow behavior and perhaps Git clone took longer than 180 s errors these days? Not sure if it's some slowdown from GitHub or other network infra. BTW, there's a jitpack/jitpack.io#3868 but no much traffic on it.
can i use jitpack as plugin dependency resolver?

I used to have jitpack publishing from an organization that seems to be broken now?
jitpack no longer sees the public repositories and I can't manage anything with them
Nick Minkler
ah I think it was a misunderstanding on my end. looks like they're all still there.

I am getting the Same Error but in One Particular Project out of 5 Project i tried. So I try to import it using implementation 'thelibrary'. But in one project it is geiving could not resolve the library:libraryname. So I created a fresh Project and then try to import it and it worked. What am I missing?
Hi @jitpack-io. We are a premium user. We are facing build issue & our clients are start complaining. Please fix it ASAP.
The same issue we have faced 4 months before.
Hi, I used to have a private jitpack repo. But it doesn't work anymore because of authentication problems. since a year or so yeah( didn't have time to fix it). it worked for 1 year with out any problem never changed anything. Could this be because of the subcriptions added now ?
