so the jruby-gradle-jar-plugin works up to the point of where application need directory globs. typical something like initializers/all.rb where the requires all other file in the directory initializers. this does not work - yet.
I experimented a bit yesterday and have to say - I have no clue to add new files to jar.
so basically I need to take the jar, walk the directory tree and add ".jrubydir" for each directory. it is easy to collect this info while the jar gets assembles. but then I do not know how to "update" that jar and how to trigger such an update
so jruby-gradle/jruby-gradle-jar-plugin#38 is only partially finished

where is the code? I can have a look on Saturday - just too busy atm. It’s our quarterly VAT submission atm.

I though the base 0.1.16 is released. travis does not find it: https://travis-ci.org/jruby-gradle/jruby-gradle-jar-plugin/jobs/60718401#L170

https://bintray.com/jruby-gradle/plugins/jruby-gradle-plugin/0.1.16/view it's definitely there, let me look at the build.gradle
yeah, I'm not sure why that wouldn't work, any ideas @ysb33r?
@mkristian fwiw you can remove maven { url 'http://dl.bintray.com/rtyler/jruby' }
I don't believe that's useful anymore

ah fuck, I see what's wrong here
somehow this version isn't in jcenter, but the repos are supposed to be linked..
@mkristian this looks like a bug with jcenter actually
I'll reach out to bintray support

I just released gnumake earlier and I withced over to the new plugin-publish plugin from Gradleware. The plugin was on the portal within in seconds, eventhough it was on bintray for previous releases. I can PR this pretty quickly I reckon.

the plugin is in the portal already
it's not in the jcenter repository
even though we're linked on bintray
@mkristian sent the support request, we'll see how quickly I can get a response

you can explicitly add http://dl.bintray.com/jruby-gradle/plugins for now to work around it
