I have the extended the Zip tasks and the .jrubydir files get generated on top the content of the zip. I do not get the compiled using the Jar tasks: https://github.com/jruby-gradle/jruby-gradle-jar-plugin/pull/47/files#diff-7a3516cad817b00ee590f7b963d1d440R11

But I am now thinking. I know there was an API breakage between 2.1 & 2.2 for Jar. We might need to add a little workaround. Let’s just try to get it to work and then see what gradleTest tells us. Reminds me that we should add gradleTest to jar project.

Should be relatively easy to add, just copy the relvant parts from base in build.gradle and also the whole src/gradleTest folder. Then just modify the test in src/gradleTest.
