The Contributing.md file is very important @AlexR1712 , like @Villanuevand suggests. I think we can fork the @AlexR1712 's repo. We could assign each chapter through Issues. But, I think all this proccess must to be in the contributing file. Then, new members can join easily to translation proccess. What are you think about?
