    @johnslipper at the moment you would probably need to make your own add-on for the fieldset markup you desire, there is a plan to make it possible to append builders tot he decorator elements, but not sure when I will get to it yet.
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic Ahh right, a custom builder makes sense. Yeah I've got as far as the add-on, but now I see why I got stuck. Thanks for the quick response.

    @johnslipper You're in my timezone, almost :)

    @johnslipper
    Oh yeah! Get so used to Europe/USA, wasn't expecting a reply for at least a day :smile:
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic ...Oh and one more thing. We're looking to render a static text version of a form with previously saved model data (think a nested key/value kind of layout). I figured using ASF as usual but with a custom decorator might be a thing? I've made a simple custom decorator and was trying to use the sf-decorator="" attribute to choose it instead of Bootstrap but no luck. Suggestions?
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    @johnslipper It's a common problem, I have it myself, as part of the plan to expand builders I also plan to make it possible to create rules that can convert the whole form to readonly in one go. If you wanted to just display it as static text and not looking like a form then you would have to make static content add-ons, actually surprised no one has done it already, perhaps they just haven't shared.
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic Haha, good to know you're way ahead of me on these things! So you're saying there's no way currently to switch between decorators on the fly?
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    no the watcher only cares about schema and form at the moment, so right now you would have to pre-test which to show and then only render the one with the decroator you want to display
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic Sorry, I wasn't very clear then. At the moment the static form will be within another view on the app so it will be on template load. Could I use sf-decorator="awesomeDecorator" (assuming I've created that) to access the decorator? At the moment I get a Multiple directives [sfDecorator, sfSchema] asking for new/isolated scope error.
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    So you just want static view for a few fields?
    In that case it would have to be an add-on and applied to the current decorator
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    All fields really. Wanted to avoid having to have static versions in the same decorator if possible
    Then I'd have to manipulate the form before render
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    Forgive me I am on medication after a few weeks of illness, so a bit slow today, ok so you want both views in the app at once, so you load two forms, I would have thought that would work so long as the form was named differently. If it doesn't then that probably needs a bug raised if it hasn't been already.
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    No worries man. Shit, hope you're feeling better! It was more of a create, save review thing so you wouldn't need to have two forms running at once (although, an interesting idea!). Basically I've not found any documentation so far on sf-decorator and I'm getting an error with just one form on the page.
    My assumption is that it's currently the "bootstrapDecorator" but if I use the sf-decorator attribute on the form I can use another custom one I've created. Is that correct?
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    Yes it defaults back to the bootstrap one if nothing else is selected
    If you ever get super stuck if you put in the effort to make a plunker, I am always happy to meet you half way and help you sort out the issue :)
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    Cool, I shall persist with it then. Thanks for all your help!

    @Anthropic
    Enjoy your long weekend

    You too!

    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic Hey man, how was your Easter break? I've been working on the custom decorator problem and can't work out where I'm going wrong so I made a plunker. Any chance you can have a look over at some point? https://plnkr.co/edit/Rfy2vO3otiQDZTGzgTZi
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    @johnslipper can you add it as an issue in ASF on github? I haven't got time to look now and I will forget later if it isn't an issue
    Got a busy day ahead of me at work today
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    No worries, will do.
    John Slipper
    @johnslipper
    @Anthropic Yuss! I managed to sort my issue in the end, won't bore you with the details. I've managed to get a simple demo showing a working (but simple) read-only decorator with switching, thought I'd share in case you find it useful https://plnkr.co/edit/Rfy2vO3otiQDZTGzgTZi
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    Ah ok that's what I thought you were trying to do, I need to do it myself soon, so thanks for sharing :)

    Hi @kirantej1225 , wrt andrglo/angular-schema-form-datetime-edit, please create an issue in that repository, this is a repository about general add on development. If you wan't to write an aws-s3-file-upload add-on, this is where you get help.

    @dapak
    Is it possible or does an addon exist such that I can take a list of hash values and dynamically render a table w/ rows?
    ...and/or if there just might be an example of that?
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    @dapak if you take the array you can modify it into a table with css or copy it into an add-on to modify it into actual table html tags

    @rubenswieringa

    Hey guys,

    I'd like some feedback on an approach to an implementation of multiple-choice with text-inputs.

    I'm implementing a multiple-choice field where any option may have a text-input too (this part is out of my control as we’re connecting to another system). It seems that the above is achievable by just having selectable options as objects:

      key: "something"
      type: "radios"
      title: "Multiple-choice with text-inputs"
      titleMap: [
        { value: { id: 'a' }, name: "Aye" }
        { value: { id: 'b' }, name: "Bee" }
        { value: { id: 'c', text: '' }, name: "Cee" }
      ]
    }

    Then I'd have a custom radios template where each option has a text-input. The only problem I can see right now is that ASF (or Angular) has some problems matching pre-set model-values – eg. if 'something' on the form model already has a value at startup that is { id: 'b' } (the corresponding radio-button won't be preselected).

    To me this seems like a valid approach, and it circumvents the (current) lack of anyOf in ASF. Am I missing something crucial?

    Textalk/angular-schema-form-datepicker#50 is this project dead? does anyone here know?
    Marcel J Bennett
    @Anthropic
    @scottux I tagged the main contributors in your issue for you, usually that's the best way to get noticed, it is easy for a busy team to miss something or assume someone else will look at it.
