We're running on 2 CPU with 2G
doesn't take much to run nbviewer
I guess it's an opportunity to finally write that nbviewer helm chart I've been meaning to!

I pointed fastly at it (DNS doesn't need updating, it just points at fastly, which load-balances across healthy backends)
so when rackspace comes back, it should start getting traffic automatically

I'll update the blog post, and publish it (if no objections) as nbviewer was IMHO the more pressing issue, and say that tmpnb and other will take longer to come up.
