Hey I'm having trouble getting this setup locally - when I run grunt it keeps giving me the error, "you must set environment variable $AIR_HOME or $FLEX_HOME for this task to locate mxmlc"
I've tried setting up AIR_HOME pointing to the location of the main AIR SDK folder, the bin folder, and the lib folder but none of them have helped

try "echo $AIR_HOME" to verify it is correct

I did that and it output properly
I also have the path to bin setup in my PATH variable so if I type "adl" in terminal it recognizes the command
before this commit, you needed both flex and air, but Rob changed that
If you do have this, I'd suggest debugging within the Gruntfile to see if env.AIR_HOME is properly set

Yeah I just did a fresh pull yesterday - what should it be set to? The main directory? Lib? Bin?

Can you see where the option is being lost?
Perhaps different versions of node use "process.env" differently

Ok, let me see if I can figure it out
What version of node are you using?

Yeah - it looks like maybe it's getting it from a different file than I was defining it in. I'm using .bash_profile
Which file did you define your variables in?

I use a dotfile framework called skwp, but I don't think that should matter

Ok - I figured out the problem. I was running it as sudo since it couldn't delete the created bin-debug and bin-release folders without that but when running as sudo, it doesn't have access to those environment variables. So that's all resolved. Now I'm getting this new error.
