keyboard controls have been added. they don't work exactly like the tilt controls, but they do have some acceleration physics
I mostly fixed the lost device context error - the game reloads assets when the context is lost, but it has an ugly background while it reloads

cool cool... I just added two types of bots. a good bot and a bad bot
Once we have collisions set up, I can make so that a good bot gives him health and points whereas a bad bot will take away health.

I'm still having trouble with my makefile... I took out the android stuff just to make sure I have everything working beforehand, but it isn't executing, however there are no errors either.

here is what I have.

If youre using msys, that could be the problem. I had to switch to cygwin because msys doesn't run bat files correctly

Couldn't get it to work... and I'm out of time for now. I committed the tilemap if someone wants to put it in to show tomorrow, and next time I see you guys, one of you can show me the inns and outs of cygwin. In the meantime I'll continue tinkering with my makefile and cygwin.

also, one of the flex installers doesn't properly include the adt files, so it might be that you version is missing some files

you can still use your old makefile for the time being. you just will not be able to make the apk file for the android.
just let us know how you reference the tile map in your makefile version

the filename for his level is untitled.tmx

It's not loading up the file specified.
