@lamerman I see you are using subprocess.call for running shell script. I am getting a problem while retrieving the time and memory used by the shell command (not the subprocess command). Can this be integrated into shellpy?
can get the stats of a shell process with pid at /proc/[pid]/<related files>

@gnaresh just to make sure I understand you correct. Subprocess library launches /bin/sh which then launches whatever you specified in the command. Do you want to get time and memory for (1) /bin/sh/ process? Or for (2) other process that was launched by /bin/sh? For example if you execute "`echo someword" then (1) /bin/sh will eventually launch (2) /bin/echo
