I go group by first, we get group_by_key, count as output.
Then I want to do group by on count

if I understand correctly you are doing a count group by query ? and then you want to group the resulting keys based on whether their counts were the same ?
correct me if I am wrong here

This is more of a post aggregation , So far we have been advising our clients at linkedin to this in the application layer, especially if the returning group keys are not that many, implement post aggregation feature is in our list of things to add
