    @pierremtb nope ;)
    ok
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    Should I close this room? I think it'd be better to centralize stuff in the liri-apps room.

    @gariasf
    Dunno, last time I checked it was broken af
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    thanks, i will give it a spin nevertheless
    Pierre Jacquier
    @pierremtb
    @Vacanor On which plateform did you try it?
    @tim-sueberkrueb and I didn't have much time lately to put into it, sadly :worried:
    timsueberkrueb @tim-sueberkrueb neither, @pierremtb, don't worry
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @plfiorini Liri Browser needs a rewrite to adapt to Fluid and clean up the code.
    All other Liri Apps will have to be refactored to adapt to Fluid as far as I can see. But I'm excited about Fluid and qmlOS, <3 what you are doing :)
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @iBeliever @plfiorini do you think Fluid is already in a state where this transition makes sense?
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    @tim-sueberkrueb we have most of the classes/components of QML Material into Fluid at this point, i will see if liri browser is using something that we don't have yet
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @plfiorini great, thank you.
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    @tim-sueberkrueb on our side, i started porting files and appcenter was already ported
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @plfiorini Ah, nice to hear.
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    @tim-sueberkrueb files is using Fluid instead of QML Material now
    @tim-sueberkrueb you should start porting Liri Browser to Fluid in a feature branch. Let me know if you need something in Fluid. If you start working on the port I might come by helping out later on as soon as I'm more free with qmlOS.
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @plfiorini cool! Thanks very much! I'm planning to start - more or less - from scratch, so I actually thought about starting in a new separate repo (merge back later). Though, I'm quite busy ATM, so I'm not sure how much time I can spend on it right now.
    BTW, can I get an invite to the QMLOS Slack channel?
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    @plfiorini What's the plan with documentation in fluid? feature/docwas reversed? Are you planning not to use qdoc but something else?
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    @tim-sueberkrueb i plan to use qdoc but the work is done in a feature branch (that is feature/doc)
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    yeah ok
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    i figured that qdoc would support qml nicely
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    It does :)
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    glad i made the right choice :D
    just need to figure out how to build the doc from cmake but it shouldn't be hard
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    I missed that branch and recently started adding docs support in my local copy, but I just realized you already did xD
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    @tim-sueberkrueb feature/doc is not complete you can build on top of that
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    Haven't looked much into it, but I think I wasn't much further :) but I can have a look.
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    nice
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    btw, \inqmlmodule Fluid.Controls 1.0 the version number here is ignored by qdoc
    iirc
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    how do you document multiple versions then?
    ah nvm inqmlmodule
    that's just the module
    yep
    Not sure how you properly document multiple versions ._.
    good question
    Pier Luigi Fiorini
    @plfiorini
    probably you just do \since for new APIs
    Tim Süberkrüb
    @timsueberkrueb
    I see, didn't know about that.
    Ben
    @bes1002t
    is it possible to use liri os as desktop environment on fedora?
