I have a few questions regarding Wagon and Engine for local development. Hopefully y'all can help out. First, this page (https://locomotive-v3.readme.io/docs/getting-started-with-locomotive), seems to combine both installing engine and wagon on two separate rails apps. The first section has you create a new rails app and then install locomotive. Then bundle exec rails server which starts a local server. From there going to the local locomotive site creation was simple.

The following instructions "Pushing a site template with Wagon" have you installing wagon via curl and bundle instlaling in separate folder than the engine instructions. It also asks you to create a deploy.yml file.

Are these two separate instructions on the same page? Sorry for the long question.
