Hello, I just got a fresh install of the bootstrap4 version of luya, running on xampp, database linked. The page loading take a lot of time and most of the time end with a timeout error or this error
I love to use luya for my projects but it isnt easy to install it anywhere in my opinion

Filter does not work when upload image.
In my custom Block with Image in extraVars():
'image' => BlockHelper::imageUpload($this->getVarValue('imageId', 'large-thumbnail')),
I expect: the image to be uploaded using a standard filter 'large-thumbnail'. But it does not work. The image is loaded without modification, without applying a filter.
Help, please, to understand how to load the image with the filter.

Hello! In DB table cms_nav_item_page_block_item in field json_config_cfg_values text has following form:
{"textnorm":"<div>\u0414\u043e\u043d\u0431\u0430\u0441\u0441 … . In fact this is a Russian text in Cyrillic.
Is this how it should be? Should be the text in the database stored as a string of unicode characters?
I enter normal Russian text into the fields of blocks and see as a result normal Russian text on the pages of the web-site.
Unicode characters in database only. If this is normal - then how to make search in the texts on the web-site?
